When it involves shooting fashion portraits, if you're like several photographers, you presumably struggle with the choice of whether or not to use a soft source of illumination like a Softbox or a rather harsher source of illumination like a beauty dish.

Well, what if you may have each a soft source of illumination and a tough source of illumination with only 1 lightweight modifier? Watch the video below for an illustration, of my favorite lightweight modifiers for shooting fashion portraits.

In the video higher than, I demonstrate my go-to lightweight modifier for shooting fashion portraits: the Westcott thirty five Deep Parabolic Zeppelin. you'll use it within the studio or on location for a stunning garment quality of sunshine.

The image higher than was shot on the Nikon D810 with the Nikon 70-200mm F two.8 VR at 176mm F5.6 at shutter speed two hundred and ISO a hundred.
The image below is from a location shoot last summer wherever I used solely the inside baffle of the 35” Westcott Zeppelin for a a lot of targeted source of illumination and a lot of mirrorlike highlights.
